Getting an appointment to see a doctor is a complete joke no wonder there are so many people at A&E. The surgery needs to get a grip and start providing a service which is easy to access!
Just joined from Seaton Terrence surgery Doctor was so understanding and staff so Helpful and this surgery smells so clean when you walk in I'm staying at the surgery
It's easier to get an audience with the pope,the practice has gone down hill and now reached the bottom.
Booking service is ridiculous, no human contact!
