I needed a service and oil change. Usually I'd go to independent because of cost, but I also had a software related problem on my second hand 2021 Leon e-hybrid, because the previous owner hadn't kept it up to date. I had previously gone to a competing Seat dealer in the region and felt a bit fobbed off for this. I recently bought a used car from Reubin at SEAT Ipswich. Reubin was great throughout - even sending me a personalised walk round of the car within a few moments of sending my enquiry through. Really friendly, no pressure, and was quick to come back on any questions I had. Super smooth process and great customer service. Would definitely recommend!
I just picked up my car after service, fixes and MOT. Great experience and transparency. Ryan sent me the video of Carl showing all faults and a breakdown of severity and costs. By next day (today) everything was sorted and the car cleaned.
