We LOVE living here. The apartment common areas are clean and well maintained. There's lots of open space and great playground. It's close to everything - super handy; but it doesn't have any street noise. Maintenance crews are quick to respond to any requests and everyone is courteous and pleasant to talk to. You can hear your neighbors some, but that's in every apartment - mostly isolated incidents and it's overall a pleasant and welcoming community. Maintenance is the worst ever. Maintenance office staff very rude and unprofessional. Major attitude problem.
I have had my dryer break 4 time because maintenance can't fix anything right. We are on the 3rd time they came out and tried to fix leak in ceiling. During the first time I called emergency number and told them about the leak, guy comes out at 8 a.m. and tells us it isn't an emergency since there is 2 bathrooms. He also told us he treats everybody's house like his own, so I guess his is a shit hole too. They always take 3 weeks at least to come and fix anything! One star is too generous. Worst establishment in the history of existence. Our apartment was rented out to us without having been cleaned or inspected and presented a slew of maintenance needs and structural damage. Now, 6 months later, it is a daily battle spanning several weeks with rude and incompetent staff to have even the most basic of maintenance repairs services.
