Doesn't keep promises made when signing the lease. Maintenance will give you day-before notice to enter your apartment. Even when you call and they tell you specifically what day to expect them and you take time off work to be there, they don't show up and enter a random time the following week 😂
Worst place ever to live in the area. where should i start!? ......Rental office is never any help. The tenants are rude and dirty. Trash is constantly piled up in stair well of building and out side of buildings. Outside is never maintained or picked up, packages and mail have been stolen, and maintenance is a joke when they finally show up. The renovations are nice but if you aren't going to clean up the actual complex there no sense in having a fancy club house.
