Where do I even begin . It's invested outside your windows with bugs which are coming inside. My kitchen is always flooded . How can anyone live like this. Seems like management doesn't even care ! If I were you I would never rent a place here .
Wish they had better maintenance men. Been waiting months for them to come back and fix the bathroom titles like they said. They fixed the ceiling and not even a week later the apartment upstairs bathroom started leaking again and ruined the ceiling once again.
I've been here 3yrs and I have no complaints. Everytime I needed something fixed, the response time was very fast and they fixed it right the first time. I'm also excited about getting the gym and other things, that's in the works. I'm very pleased with the location. Everything I could possibly need, is in walking distance.
I love the Seasons at Bel Air. It's such a wonderful community and great location to live in ! I especially like how helpfully the leasing office is with fixing any problems that pop up right away:) I'd recommend anybody to live here :)
I've been living in a one bedroom apartment now for over a month and have had a great experience so far. The staff at the leasing office is very nice and helpful. The maintenance crew has done very good work so far. Very nice neighborhood to live in. I'm excited to watch the new clubhouse be built, since my company designed the building.
Ive been here for over 3 years and i cant complain. Love the staff great prices.
