The Seasons at Bel Air is such an amazing place to live. The people, the staff and the environment is so refreshing! The Community Center us a plus and the convenience us even better!!!
Where do I even begin...we submitted our oops list and we're told they lost it. It takes maintenance 2-3 days to come fix anything. They never post notices when work is being done on the building. The noise from our neighbors is never addressed. The "common area" of the building always smells like weed, it's always dirty. I have spoken to the leasing office on countless occasions about all of these issues and nothing is ever addressed. I think I could go on for days about all the issues in this place. The joy of having my first apartment quickly faded. Mold growing in two different rooms they painted over one spot and found a burst pipe in the other. Few weeks later had a sewage back up in my apartment and our next door neighbors which took 8 hours to fix and made my husband lose sleep for work since they finished at 1230 at night. Now we have a burst pipe from our upstairs neighbors and a partial collapsed ceiling and called Maintanence and no one answered and has yet to come look at it to fix it. Great staff, great location, great management company. Many many good memories here.
When I moved in the bathroom outlet was dirty so I clean it and the vent was dirty so I tried to clean this. The bathtub has marks that do not come off even after cleaning. My sinks as a spider pattern which I have gotten some marks off. My kids found Legos in the corners. And my kitchen cabinet is cracked . I like the washer and dryer and location of the apartment but it should have been cleaned better before I moved in. I hope Safeway will open soon.
