Maintenance doesn't show up, even with repeated calls and promises. The office doesn't return calls. The billing department over charges and doesn't correct it. Neighbors are constantly yelling & stealing packages. The sheriff department are here multiple times a week. Dumpsters are constantly over flowing. Don't make the same mistake I did, save your money & sanity and go anywhere else.

stop putting bandaids on the big problems and stop half assing it and hire professional company's to deal with these issues

My husband, son and I have been living here since 2016. There is more bad than good. Mold is a real issue here since there is no proper ventilation in the bathrooms. The vents in the bathroom do not work even though maintenance loves to lie and say they do. We've had no issues with bugs *knock on wood* but the appliances are very old and break pretty often (e.g. our dryer takes all day to dry a small load of clothing. The washer has ripped up many of our clothes that I don't even trust it anymore. They have yet to replace it... read more
Seasons at Bel Air is an absolute joke. Everyone from maintenance to management. Lisa and Aldon are both very unprofessional. Work orders for maintenance sit there for months. Please do not waste your time or money living here. Mold, water issues, ac never works. Pictures for proof. ☺️

You can put lipstick on a pig...its still a pig. Renovate all you want....it wont make a difference. Your apartments are garbage. Your maintenance is terrible. Your staff is rude and incompetent. What a joke this place is.

So I previously had issues with this complex but apparently there is a new property manager that is getting things done! Our shower was completely refinished (in less than 2 days!), we got a brand new beautiful fridge, there was preemptive pest control, and the property has definitely been cleaned up. plenty of reasons as to why NOT to move here!! Just read what their reviews are saying about the maintenance never doing their job.I can personally verify that. The girls that work in the office are just as lazy as maintenance!!
