We have recently offered on a house, we had our offer accepted within a day... We dealt with Amelia at sears and she’s been amazing, she tirelessly chased the ID check company who through no fault of sears took ages! She checked in with me regularly and provided updates constantly - we really wanted this sorted before our honeymoon and she worked really hard to make sure it happened!
