We bought our forever home through this agent! Matt Reynolds at the Jennets Park branch was fantastic throughout from the initial viewings through the conveyancing process. Really friendly guy and very personable. We had a delivery turn up a week early to the new house and Matt was very helpful with making sure the delivery was okay. I tried to purchase my first property through Sears, and I hope I never have another experience like it. First of all they did nothing to get my sale moving for three months, despite me chasing them. I even had one response from my liaison at Sears two months in that said “Could you confirm which property you are purchasing?”. Eventually, things got moving but this experience did not improve matters.
