Very unhappy. $100 to deliver a few miles away and you can't get anywhere close to time. It has cost me more than that to sit here waiting on you. This is very poor service.
Walked around the entire store, been standing next to a washing machine for 20 min and not one sales person has approached me.
I will never ever ever ever buy anything from Sears again worst experience of my life ridiculous customer service nobody seems to know what they're doing and two weeks later my order still is not working or delivered
