great prices We purchased a washer and dryer from the Sears Outlet Store. One was supposed to be deeply discounted in a scratch & dent sale. When they delivered the washer & dryer, both were in perfect shape! We ended up with new products at a discount price. I would do business with them again.
Great Place I love the scratch and dent outlet. I bought my new house about 5 years ago and completely remodeled the kitchen. I bought a new Elite Trio Fridge, Elite Front Load Washer and Dryer, Kitchen Aid Wine Fridge (under the counter), Microwave, Bosch dishwasher and a Jenn Air 36" Pro-Style Gas Range (retail at Great Indoors $5600, I paid $2200 at the outlet). Sears Appliance Outlet in Carrollton! STAY AWAY! BEWARE!! I purchased a range and microwave in April 09, and when I went to pick-up merchandise, their loaders put the range into my vehicle with sliders that they forgot to remove before I left causing the stove-top to break at the first stop. They refused to work with me and I was told it was my problem. Pissed off Just brought home a dryer that was sold to me as new a scratch & dent unit only to find out when i went to hook it up it had been used. The filter was full of lint, very unhappy after spend the afternoon hauling it home. Shame on me for not looking closer and shame on you Sears for your misleading sales tactics.
Ordered a GE smart washer and it was delivered broken. Called the same day and spoke to Roland. I was told I could exchange if they had the same model but turns out they do not. I was then told I could do a return. Called the next day to schedule the return...1st call no answer. 2nd call left on hold for 20 minutes. 3rd call encountered Roland the store manager who offered no help and was very rude. absolute TOTAL disaster. Ordered a fridge online, Tuesday for pickup on Friday (TODAY). Called yesterday to confirm and was told that everything was ready for my fiancé to pick up on his lunch break today. He got there and they couldn’t locate his order, order #, and had no history of the fridge every being purchased. They were not interested in accommodating us, the customer, AT ALL.
