All the prices during the friends and family "sale" are heavily inflated. If you purchase anything during this sale you will be overpaying. The employee I spoke with this morning said the prices will likely go back down after the sale. Good luck making sense of that one.

My wife and I experienced the worst customer service at this store, the delivery was horrible. The refrigerator we bought from the store was fine but when it was delivered it had clearly visible deep scratches on the right side, after calling and and given the basic run around, and basically being lied to about a pick up time, we finally got them to come and pick up the fridge and we finally got our money back. This Sears Outlet has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I purchased a used washer and dryer with cash almost 2 weeks ago and they couldn't deliver it, citing the truck broke down twice, with no communication for over 4 hours in the day of delivery. Then, when I wanted my money back, they said they would credit my account within 24 hours. After the money didn't show up, customer service said I was given wrong info and I would be forced to wait for a mailed check. This is completely unacceptable and has caused ... read more
