Based on Sears Brand and reputation, i have always purchased appliances from them. Recently I purchased a convection microwave, fridge, and dishwasher AND the protection warranty on all three. I am still waiting on sears to replace my microwave. Many phone calls, trips to the store and I still do not have a replacement. I will never shop here again. The last email I received is they need my credit card number to process $719. I bought a replacement warranty!!!! Home Depot or Lowes you now have my business.
They are great, bought my TV there almost 9 years ago and it is still running strong
