It took us a month to get the refrigerator we ordered--and that was the third one delivered. Told we would get it before Thanksgiving. Then it never came as promised. I called customer relations, store, wrote on website--one ex-manager responded and made things happen. I was running back and forth to the store when the wrongs ones were delivered.
