Bought a washer and drier from this outlet. The owner and one of the reps went above and beyond to get me the best deal. Definitely recommend them. I am a satisfied customer.
I was a little dissatisfied with the level of customer service I was receiving when calling into the toll free number. When I walked into the store in Tinley Park I didn't know what to expect. I was greeted with professionalism and genuine customer service. Matt and "T" was attentive and they addressed my concerns immediately.
