After having gone to Sears Outlet in Tinley Park about a year ago, I was not completely satisfied with my purchase. I was happy to find that when I made a purchase today,they seem to have made a complete turn around. Not only was my call answered promptly, I was able to find what I wanted and received useful information about the product. The manager, Shane, was well informed and helpful. I will definitely return there for future purchases.
Really Guys?! Just because I requested delivery the very next day after purchasing my frig, I should not have to wait THIS long just for a delivery date, so far it's over 2 days and counting!!!
We were at your location to purchase a patio set. After waiting an hour for the only salesman that seemed to be working kept telling us he would be right with us, we left to run another errand. We came back 30 min later and the set we wanted was gone. Spoke to the manager and he didn't even react. Will never go back to this location.
I bought a Washer and Dryer from Sears Outlet. Not sure which 5yrs ago. I love Sears but when I wash my clothes began to smell and I would have to wash them again
Store Manager Vikki Evanich is 100% customer service. We had an issue with our purchase for remodeling project. She went above and beyond in resolving the issue. Fast and then followed up to make sure we were satisfied! Thank You Vikki.
