RecommendedWe had gone into the store just to look around and ended up buying a new refrigerator! We couldn't have done it without Therese helping us out! She was absolutely wonderful to work with. She held very good conversation and didn't rush or pressure us like most sales associates do. If you go into this location, I definitely recommend working with her!

Helpful but not intrusive and answered all my questions.
We purchased an LG dryer from this location in November and have had nothing but problems with it since. We contacted sears directly in combination with the manufacturer first. 5 or 6 times service came out and and replaced parts each time. Out of frustration, I left a review here and the manager Vicki immediately contacted us to remedy the situation. I went to the Sears Outlet looking at the refrigerators the salesperson Vicky I come and talk to us and she had brought us around showing us all the different features very knowledgeable very polite she was really cool and I bought my fridge the same day I give the place 5 stars
Double charged my card. Not because there was error with my card it’s because they have no respect for their customers to call & communicate what they are going to do to resolve issue. Sales staff was good but follow up not so much.

I had issue with a refrigerator not working for 3 months that I purchased from this store. I contacted Sears Repair to no avail and store was never informed of my issues. I talked with Vickie the store manager, and she immediately fixed my issue by delivering a new refrigerator! I'm so grateful to her immediate action in fixing my issue. Great customer service from this store. Thank you so much! five stars for me!!
