I had a great respectful experience at sears outlet today with the Sales Associate CARL ZINKAN. He was very helpful in guiding me to my purchase, He was not pushy at all, we took our time there looking for the best deal. I would definitely recommend CARL ZINKAN to walk you through everything there. He is the best.

Vikki was amazing! She went above and beyond to make certain the emergency purchase of a refrigerator for my rental property was quick & painless. My goal was to find a great deal & get it delivered ASAP. She assisted me with doing so and did it with exceptional customer service skills. Will definitely do repeated business with this outlet!
