I’m not sure why this place only have one person working with ten people needing help. I’ve tried twice today to come in here and purchase a refrigerator and I’ve had no luck because everyone was too busy to help

Lindsey Lusby was great. She explained everything to us and was quite knowledgeable. We bought a washer and dryer and were pleased at how comfortable she made us feel about our purchase. We would go buy from this store again, solely because of Lindsey.
Sorry but would not recommend this store at all. Bought a washer and dryer and I have a 5 year protection on it and it caught on fire. They refuse to replace it and they rather just rewire it and hopefully it will work again. The thing did some damage to my fuse box also because the unit shorted out. I called there store and they will not do anything for me. So if you get a protection warranty on your equipment your wasting your time. It’s a total joke and so is the store
Lindsey was amazing!! She was very patient with us and looked up the exact washer that I saw online. I will be returning.
The retail lady Leola was great. She helped us to find a dryer I was looking for that was affordable. And as busy as it was, she was always pleasant.
Had great experience today with the store employee Lillie Williams! She was so helpful and patient with me. Highly recommend her!!
