I had an issue with a delivery for a washer purchased at Sears outlet. I went into the store to address the issue and spoke with the manger Andrew. He was very professional and helped us resolve the issue and made up for the inconvenience the issue caused us. I am very happy with Andrew and how he handled the situation.
