We needed a new stove and walked in to the Sears Outlet in Franklin Mills. We received exceptional service from Louis. From the time that we walked through the door which he greeted us, and he also explained to us about all the different options we had to stay within our budget. His knowledge of all the stoves were helpful for us to decide on our purchase. He took his time with us, even though we had so many questions. Our next big purchase will be a refridgerator and we will definately come back and ask for Louis.
