This message is for Maurice Sinan, the district manager for Sears outlets and for all sears customers at the Franklin Mills store. I'm in my seventies and a sears customer since I was a teen. In all those years I never had such a pleasant experience in customer service. In the last 2 months I have dealt with 2 managers, Andrew Burris and Luis Rodriguez, both who took personal care of my concerns. J'Cashmere at the Sears Outlet Store was clearly the most helpful and pleasant customer service representative I have ever met. He was knowledgeable and patient, and he took the time to explain all aspects of the products we purchased. It would be nice if everyone were as wonderful as he.
