Since I cannot give zero as a rating I have to give a 1. Just left there 5 minutes ago. 2 people working. 1 person finished and went and sat to check out his cell phone. I have 2 refrigerators to replace, but not going to be at Sears. No wonder they are closing stores if this is the help they hire.
Chuck and Luis were very helpful in providing their expertise and courteous customer service. I would recommend them and this store to any new homeowner looking to bundle their appliances and getting good guidance.

It's was amazing customer service I ever had with Luis
Waiting for a call to get my delivery. No call. Call and call after 45 mins find out it was a mistake by the person who sold the items. Ummm it’s on my documents. Well we can refund you it will take. Few days... unacceptable.
