Order Placed on 7/27/2020 Sales Order: SO672726 and I still haven't received the product, called them 4-5 times but saying they are looking into it, worst service ever
I wish I would have read these reviews earlier to avoid having a similar experience. We purchased a new, out of carton refrigerator and had called the store to verify there were no marks on it. 2.5 weeks later (and a few days after it was expected to arrive) we received our fridge with marks on it. To Top it off, we paid for the delivery and install which was a waste and has left us having to pay someone else to actually install it. Can not reach anyone to confirm delivery. I think I was scammed
My refrigerator had issues that made it too expensive to repair. I had been researching online and felt that American Freight had a good selection and good pricing. I went to this store on 7/8/2020 to purchase a refrigerator. I narrowed it down to 3 that I thought were a good deal. I had some questions so I got a salesman to help. Never delivered products. Was scheduled for delivery twice, both of which were no call/no shows. Still can’t get into contact with them.
