Jay has great customer service he helped out with everything I needed. If you ever go into a sears outlet make sure to look for jay. He is the sells managers.
Roger, our sales associate helping us, was very knowledgeable, patient, and courteous. I would defiantly recommend him and his services. Our experience here at the Livonia location was very good. We had a hiccup on delivery but after speaking with the right people we were able to rectify the issue and receive our appliances in a timely manner.

Ed and Roger were super helpful! We found exactly what we needed at a WAY better price than we could find anywhere else. We got a new washer and dryer. They advised us as to what stack kit to get and what to look out for during installation. Thanks guys!
