The staff were great and helped me find the right appliance that did what I wanted at a price I could afford. Just as a note of reassurance the Sears Outlet and Hometown stores are NOT part of Sears; they were spun off in 2012. The Outlet stores are doing well financially and are even expanding. The extended warranties are still good even if Sears goes away.
my customer service with Bruce and his manager was very professional today. I was greeted with smiles and professionalism which helped me to feel at ease. I received my product with promptness and was spoken to in a very professional manner as well. The whole experience was awesome. I will definitely be doing business again with Sears Outlet Center in the near future thank you!
My experience at sears outlet Livonia was great today the sales associate ed was a great help and very informative about the merchandise also the loading team were very fast friendly and very helpful thanks Bruce Curtis and Don GREAT JOB!!!!!
Ed was amazing, very friendly and knowledgable. He showed us all the different options for washers and dryers that matched what we were looking for.
