I purchased a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, box spring and mattress all on Saturday 8/25. I told the associate that was assisting me I work Mon thru Fri so I needed the delivery for Sat or Sun. He sets the delivery for the following Friday so, I get a call from their automated system on Thursday night starting that they will be there the next day (Friday) between 1-3. Sears took me by surprise because I recently bought a microwave and some other kitchen appliances and I had bad experiences before at a Sears but this time I received great customer service and the MPU Curtis Shelton that helped me load my products into my vehicle was very polite and knowledgeable about the items and I would shop here again and tell others to shop here. Thank you Sears for having some great people on Staff.
this is a very clean and friendly inviorment with excellent customer service coming from the team members within. especially coming from the loading team.Curtis Sheltond did an excellent job of executing the task of loading my appliances onto my vehicle,,I received my items without delay or damage on top of a positive attitude.
I purchased a lawn mower recently. When I came to pick it up I received exceptional customer service from Mr. Curtis. Very polite and helpful, and answered all of my questions. I could tell he was knowledgeable about the product. He took care of me with no wait time at all, I was in and out. Gives me confidence to buy from you all again.
Got a great deal on a Kenmore Elite French door refrigerator in late June. Everyone was super helpful and very nice. We're very happy with the refrigerator.
I bought a washer from this location that was supposed to be delivered on a Friday. Well there was some mix up and I wasn’t on their delivery schedule. I was upset 😡 to say the least. I called and spoke with Bruce he apologized and made sure My merchandise was delivered the very next morning. Thank you Bruce. I will definitely will be back to this location😀
