Absolutely loved shopping here today!! Robert and Roger helped us find the perfect refrigerator after ours died this past weekend. Amazing protection plan and great customer service! It was well worth the 52 min drive from Macomb.
I love this store. They have all name brand appliances backed with a Sears warranty. Rodger Antal is a great salesman that will help you find everything you need. We have saved so much shopping here. If you go ask for Rodger, he is so nice and never pressures you. They also have clothes and outside tools.
Jay, Bruce and Laureen was so awesome this afternoon with all their help. They were the most patient people ever being that you have to pack a lot of patience dealing with me lol. I just want to say THANK YOU ALL for everything. You're the best!
Jay greeted us within 5 minutes of entering the appliance area. Jay was very attentive, knowledgeable of the products and their availability, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for. Jay was very professional and a joy to have encountered him as a sales person. I traveled over 20 miles to the sears location and would do it again if Jay was going to be my sales person. Overall Jay did a great job!!!
