Started out online, which was a mistake. The website sucks. Since I didn't know how MUCH the website was user UN-friendly, I believed it and went to the Taylor store where my product was SUPPOSED to be only to find out it was ACTUALLY in the warehouse next to the Livonia store, which was closed (it was Sunday). Went to the Livonia store only to confirm that the website was pretty useless and getting it from the warehouse was not going to be as easy as I was told in Taylor. Awesome service from our salesman, Robert...also observed him waiting on a phone customer and he was concise, patient and courteous...AND we found the perfect range for our place up north at a great value...Curtis loaded our range for us, again great service all around!
The sears outlet Livonia was very neat and organized. My mother went looking for a refrigerator and was very indecisive. Bruce worked with my mom and found her exactly what she was looking for!
