Went to the Sears Outlet today in search of patio furniture and couldn't be happier with my experience!! Not only did they have a great selection in stock, the entire staff was friendly and helpful. Thank you Richard and the rest of Sears for my fabulous patio set, I will definitely be back!

Had great experience there the manager came over believe her name was Monique to make sure that I was getting all the help that I need she was phenomenal I wouldn't of bought my dishwasher if it wasn't for her so Thank you to Sears for hiring such a great employee
I love going to Sears outlet in Fall River. Everyone is extremely attentive and pleasant especially Monique Lepage. I love that she is always willing to invest her time with me. She listens to what I want so she gets an understanding of what I need. She is very informative on all products and makes sure that I am 100% satisfied with my purchase. Okay so here's what happened subsequent to our initial wonderful experience!!! We spent $3600 buying 4 new appliances and a snowblower- the thing I needed most was the dryer and still 3 weeks later I still don't have one!!! Someone had dropped the dryer and the drum was ruined - it was not checked before it left the facility- the repair man said it could have burned my house down! When approached the store "corrected" the situation by replacing the dryer and having it delivered - a week later- and the delivery service refuse... read more
I recently purchased a 2 family house and bought all of my appliances from Sears Outlet. Tremendous savings and the customer service far exceeded my expectations. John and Troy were exceptional in assisting me. They spent many hours measuring to find appliances that would fit through my doorways. They went above and beyond their call of duty.
