Very Disappointed. Bought a washer and dryer a week ago. Paid cash. They delivered fast But when I called to let them know my dryer didn't work. I was told to come in and pick out another one. As I plugged all of the 3 others. None of them worked. Now it took 4 days for them to come and pick up the broken one. I'm yet to see my money back.. 1 more day I will be calling B.B.B Maybe Channel 10 would like to investigate
I bought an out of the box samsung refrigerator from this store a month ago. When we got it, it had a broken gasket. I called the sears repair center they told me i had to call samsung. Three calls and half of my day wasted on the phone samsung refuses to do anything. I called sears outlet and the manager Troy talked to me, i told him the situation. He told me he would call around order a new fridge for me, have it delivered for free and take the broken one away. He said he would call me in two days. So two days came and wen... read more
Awesome experience! John and Troy went above and beyond to help us as well as the district manager, Sean. They were all incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and gave us a fantastic deal. Thanks guys, super appreciate the extra effort and the great service.
We bought a full size mattress for our 6 year old. The service was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Troy was our salesman and he went above and beyond to help us with all of our needs. We will definitely be back!
Walked into Sears Outlet in Fall River about 45min ago needing a washer & dryer because BOTH of mine broke the same week...fun!... and walked out with a new set, delivery/removal date scheduled around my busy life, and couldn't be happier!! Thank you soooo much Sean & Troy for the amazing customer service and going above & beyond to make sure that I was taken care of :) I'll definitely be back. Thank you!!
Bought a fridge from Sears. Was show the dings and dents no big deal. Plugged in the water for ice and water and it started leaking. I purchased the 3 year extended warranty and now they won't cover it because it has internal damage that I wasn't aware of. DO NOT SHOP HERE
