John was excellent from the moment we walked thru the door. Listened to what we are looking for in a washing machine and gave us options and some we didn’t think about. Gave us space to look around and took care of us when we picked up what we wanted. I did miss his managers name but he was awesome to in the Fall River store

We bought our washer and dryer set here, and we are extremely pleased with them. Much better than going to a big box store and dealing with crowds, also most of the employees have been working there forever and actually know their products.
Bought a dishwasher and oven here - manager Troy is amazing, staff knowledgeable and friendly! Can't beat the prices, and they offer creditless financing!
Stove reads new out of box. Get stove completely damaged. Call manager, manager says just bc it says new doesn't mean it's not damaged, we are an outlet store. Get stove hooked up. No burners. Call store. Am asked by employee did you even check your purchase before you left?!?! Um I'm sorry I didn't inspect it to make sure you gave me everything you were supposed to. Says I need to speak to manager. Leave message for manager. Hrs later call back. Employee says he got your message but he says he doesn't know you. Um, yes ma'a... read more
