We purchased a washer and dryer today and could not rave enough about the attentive, professional service we just experienced at this store! All associates were friendly and helpful. Jacob was especially knowledgeable about the products we purchased and patient with our indecisiveness and questions! I was even more impressed to learn they offer delivery and installation for less than the big box stores! With no doubt, we'll definitely be back when we need other appliances!
Went to this store today to look at refrigerators. We spoke with John who was awesome! Very friendly and knew what he was talking about. He answered every question we had. Needless to say we bought a fridge. If you go here ask for John. You will not be disappointed!!
Worked with Troy extremely knowledgeable on all products. I ended up buying a Washing machine, dryer, elliptical trainer, lawn tractor, and refrigerator. I also bought the protection on all of the equipment. It's all in home service which makes it easy. The protection is bumper to bumper. I will definitely shop here again. Troy is a valuable employee and made my experience flawless. 5 STARS!!!
Staff are extremely friendly, willing to go out of their way to show you a product, discuss refunds, and make sure you’re getting exactly what you want.
John is the best sales associate!!! he didn't push us into buying the most expensive washer and he was honest about each one we looked at so we could make a more informed decision.
