Such a great experience. While looking for appliances I discovered they also sell other things aside from appliances. I was able to purchase a kayak at a reasonable price and help from the workers. The location is perfect as well as prices and customer service.
We recently just purchased two appliances that were very reasonably priced! Troy Watson was amazing with keeping them both in our price range. We were very happy with his service and the service of the other employees. We will surely go back and be sure to look for other items other than appliances there. Two thumbs up from us:)

I Bought a new refrigerator last week and here is how it went. I picked a good model (not a cheap one) expecting to get one that would last. The salesman was great! Delivery needs improvement to say the least. I had an issue, the manager Cheryl and the repair guy was fantastic. Overall, good experience! The staff was exceptional and dealt with me and my anger initially. Thanks to Cheryl, I am glad I made the choice to buy there.
I had an excellent experience at the Sears Outlet. Not only was the service excellent, I found a matching LG refrigerator and stove at an excellent price. The staff could not have been more friendly. Steve even let me use his AAA card when my car would not start. I am so grateful. I would highly recommend this store!
Dominique is the most pleasant person I've ever met. Always has a smile on his face, I always go to this outlet just so he can help me.
