We have purchased many appliances over the years. We are longtime customers and Sears Outlet is always the first place we look. The managers are always nice, helpful and available. We have had great service from both Jacob and Steven.
I walked into the store and was greeted immediately. The staff was so polite and the gentleman Dustin introduced himself as the manager once I walked into the door! Where do you get a manager actually greeting people at the door? I was helped by John, I didn't buy anything but I will be back. Awful experience today. Had a salesperson rip a tag out of my hand because I was questioning a price. Alone to an asset manager Steve. He was any help. Could care less. Will not but anything there again. Wish I could give a negative.
