Awesome sales staff and management very helpful
I needed a replacement fridge and the Fall River Mass store had just what I wanted. I ordered it online to hold it, then went to the store to redo the transaction with my replacement voucher. Unfortunately the store cannot ship farther than 30 miles and the online site cannot process the voucher. I was stuck. Huge thank you for Troy and the crew at Sears Outlet for helping me out and getting me up to speed on what appliances to buy, especially that gas range stove! Their suggestions and advice gave me a quick education and I made my purchase decision based on that and my budget in mind. Went in to purchase some appliances. Sales people were friendly and helpful not overbearing like some stores. I explained what I was looking for and they took me right to my options. Didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t want. Experience was easy and I would recommend to anyone. Thank you Sears and I will be back
