They didn't honor the protection plan for our lawn mower that we purchased less than a year ago. It took them three weeks to "fix" our walk behind mower. Our stove finally gave up after many great years of service, so my wife and I headed to Sears Hometown for a new one. Helpful, friendly staff helped us pick out a stove and set up delivery. We had everything done quickly, it was delivered on the day and time as promised, and the new stove is awesome. Never even looked anywhere else. Also needed a shovel earlier in the year after having a shovel "mishap" where the old one snapped in half.
