I've been working with Mike and Pat for several years now, they've been supplying appliances for apartments we've been building across the state. Their service has been excellent and we will continue to be working with them in the future!
We went in looking for a new dehumidifier. The gentleman helping us clearing knew what he was selling and offered great recommendations. Our experience there was wonderful. Will be returning when we are in need of new appliances.

I went in to buy a freezer on Saturday. I pick one out and the guy starts ring me up. Tells me I need Sears card in order to get free delivery. I ask how much for delivery and he tells me $81. I tell him no thanks and leave the store without a freezer. Went down the road to Silica Appliance got freezer and free delivery. I will never shop at this store again and tell friends not to go there.
I needed filters for a Sears Roebuck humidifier which they were out of. The man working looked up the part in the computer, which said it was unavailable to order right now. His solution was for me to call him everyday to remind him to look again to see if he could order it. I called once, it was still unavailable and he had no other solution. I contacted Sears through Facebook and in 2 minutes they told me I could order it through Filter Fast. Never going there again!
We ordered a washer and dryer from Sears on 11-11-2017. Still have not recieved it. Money was taken out of our account. After several attempts in calling an being put on hold no one has had an answer for us where our merchandise is. Today I called on contact 6 I know they will at least get me my money back so I can go else where to get a washer and dryer.
I wish I could give no stars. They tried charging us $200 more than the item was online. Then I found out they overcharged us $100 and won't refund it. Bad service and will never ever go back.
