Josue More First of all he was very prompt in his arrival. He explained the process in detail. He cautioned me several to be careful about walking from the carpet to the tile. He was very pleasant and professional. He told me about other services offered. I was extremelypleased with the cleaning. The carpet looks new and very clean. The job was very well done

Anthony and Brian did a superb job today at my house.
Britton and Marcus performed a superior job on my home in a professional manner. The 10 yr old carpet looks clean and fluffy again, the stone tile floors feel so clean to walk on now, and the grout is rose colored again. They were patient with and answered my many questions, as well as, being right there observing the process. Well done and I will use the service in the future.

I have never had anyone but Sears do my carpet cleaning for several reasons. The Sears brand has a reputation for consistent, timely and professional service. I find the prices competitive and Sears will come back and rectify any areas that were missed or were not completed to my satisfaction. Sears is excellent about appointment reminders, flexible scheduling, and phone follow-up. Sears Rocks!
