Shawn R and assistant did a great job cleaning all carpet. They moved furniture where needed, provided info on what each service step did and told the absolute TRUTH about how long the carpet would take to dry. Shawn said less than one day even thought the carpet is very dense and he was correct. In the past it has taken two days to dry. Isreal and Darryl did my air duct cleaning yesterday and they were GREAT!!!!!!!
Jonathan and team did an OUTSTANDING job cleaning my dryer vents that were filled to the top from the bottom floor to the roof. They were on time, courteous, and did a VERY comprehensive job both in the laundry room and attic. I would highly recommend them and very much appreciate their efforts, which unattended to, could have caused a fire in our home.
Isreal and Darryl were extremely professional. They arrived 1/2 an hour earlier than the waiting window (12-5 PM) which I loved. Isreal explained why it is important to have the dryer vent cleaned yearly. It showed me why the dryer was not heating properly. The dryer vent was clogged & blower was installed. I am totally satisfied. I highly reccommend Isreal and Darryl.
I had tiles and grout cleaning couple of days ago by Sears team and I wasn't happy about the result. There was lot spots on the floor and grout wasn't sealed correctly. So they sent a new crew members (Shawn and Jeffery)and I noticed the difference after they cleaned my floor. Shawn was very professional, efficient and he did a good job. I have always used Sears for my carpet since 2006. Today was fantastic. Luis and Abraham did my carets and they were fast, efficient and got ALL Of The Stains! I put that in all caps because this was a first and I will request this team in the future. Norma D.
Luis was very prompt, came in introduced himself and was extremely courteous. Every stain was removed. I am very satisfied with service provided.
We use Sears for cleaning carpets, pressure washing and sealing tile. Today we had the tile done and it looks brand new. They did a terrific job, quickly too!!!
