Adolfo and Darryl did a nice job of cleaning our vents. Especially considering the fact that I had miscounted the number of A/C units. I will use them again. The only problem is that Adolfo forgot his coveralls...my client found them somewhere...he must have put them on to check the attic then took them off. If someone will message me I can figure out how to get it back to him.

Craig and his assistant arrived on time and did a thorough job of dryer duct cleaning. He was courteous and explained what work was done and ran the dryer after cleaning to demonstrate that it was working properly. Since then the dryer has been working better and much improved after cleaning.
Josue More cleaned my carpet this morning, he was willing to do whatever ever it takes to get the job done. He has a great attitude, but the product was of poor quality it did not do the job. It was suppose to take the dirt out of the carpet, but it did not do that. I was disappointed knowing that I trusted Sears to do the same job they had done previously. I had Anthony Evans come out to clean my carpet upstairs. He was amazing! worked hard! My terror of a dog ( sweet Lucy!) has been up to no good and he made my carpet look and smell beautiful!!! Thank you Anthony! Sears has always been the best with their carpet and upholstery cleaning. I have tried other "deals" and it has always been a waste of money.... I will stick with Sears and the great specials they offer!

I'm telling you, I will not go anywhere else for our carpet cleaning again, as long as Sears have this outstanding young man Mr. Josue More ! My wife is so pleases with her carpet results.
