I trust Sears Carpet Cleaning, they were on time, touched up stubborn stains. Did a great clean up job.
Jake and Kendall came to the house yesterday and did a great job taking care of my carpet. The call to let me know of their timeframe was accurate, their time to completion was almost to the minute Jake estimated, and they left the house smelling clean and fresh.
Craig Oldfield and Rodney Sanders did the air duct cleaning for me and did a fantastic job. I now have air coming from all my vents because they were really dirty, house is 35 years old and probably never been cleaned. Everything was cleaned up before they left. I was very pleased with the work they did.
Definitely cannot recommend. Sears came and did the work. Afterwards, there was still an incredible amount of debris coming out of the register every time the HVAC turned on. We called and told Sears the issue was not fixed. Technician came out and said it was a pre-existing condition and they cannot fix. The "Sears Satisfaction Guarantee" does not cover pre-existing conditions. Sears carpet cleaning service is excellent, fast and affordable. I highly recommend them for their service. The technician and service representative were polite, courtesy, trustful and honest.
I've been going through two weeks of clean up hell from dust in my house due to a sloppy granite installation crew. Needed to have my ducts cleaned and called Sears. Crew Israel Morales and Edgar Gonz were fast, friendly and thank goodness...clean! I could not be more pleased with the service and the price. First decent day in a while.
