The Rep contacted me, as promised, within 39 minutes of Shawn's arrival. Shawn was professional and explained everything he was doing. He offered information to help with cleaning up small stains (that turns into money savings). I didn't think the carpets would look brand new after the cleaning but they do! Shawn was great. Request him to clean your carpets....you will not be disappointed.

Luis & Cesar showed up on time. They were organized and efficient and did an excellent job of cleaning our carpet. Also, they applied the protectant and were finished in no time. I was extremely pleased with the service provided by the team of Edgar and Jose. They were professional courteous and experienced. My dryer vent was choked and needed cleaning all the way to the top. They were able to resolve the problem quickly and efficiently. In and out fast!!!!
