Very professional and courteous. Told me exactly what was going to happen and the cost up front. My home was left as they found it after making sure that my floors and furniture were covered. Thankfully we only found mold in one air duct and that was remediate without issue. We are all breathing easier in the knowledge that the air quality in our home is safe to breath.

Our rooms are covered in dust and mold after getting our ducts "cleaned" by Sears. They loosened all the junk in the vents, but never properly vacuumed it out. All the vents are now constantly spitting out debris all over our floors and furniture. We wake up in the morning and find the stuff all over our bed. There's new debris every day, so I have to vacuum the floors before I can walk into each room, and I have to vacuum off my desk before I can do any work.
