Came out when they said they would. Had s couple of spots that did not come out. I called and they came out the next day and resolved the problem. The techs were very courteous and made sure we were aware of possible slipping hazard due to damp carpet. Great job and very reasonable
The Rep contacted me, as promised, within 39 minutes of Shawn's arrival. Shawn was professional and explained everything he was doing. He offered information to help with cleaning up small stains (that turns into money savings). I didn't think the carpets would look brand new after the cleaning but they do! Shawn was great. Request him to clean your carpets....you will not be disappointed.

Luis & Cesar showed up on time. They were organized and efficient and did an excellent job of cleaning our carpet. Also, they applied the protectant and were finished in no time. We would highly recommend this team and Sears carpet cleaning.
