My couches, tile and area rugs look brand new! Very courteous and listened to my requests for areas that needed extra attention!
Andre was on time as scheduled to clean my carpets in 3 rooms. He introduced himself politely, informed me of the process and got to work immediately doing a great job. Customer service makes a difference and Sears Carpet cleaning was right on.
Andres came to my house today to clean our carpets. Not only was this young man nice and polite, he did such a thorough job! Seriously, I don’t think anyone has done such an amazing job. He wasn’t rushed, he made sure I was completely satisfied with his work before he left and listened to all my problem areas. Thank you Sears and Andres!

Joseph Loprete was our technician from Sears. He arrived on time and I did like the emails notifying me when he would arrive. Had not had our Dryer vents cleaned in 17 years. (OMG) anyway what made it worse was the vent is up to the roof with two 90 degree angles. Aluminum flex vent pipe was also crushed and had a hole in it behind Dryer. Joe had all the parts on his truck, vacuumed and fixed everything. Went in Attic Crawl space to to check and fix and vacuum also. Totally worth the price.! ☝️😀They did an awesome job and Jose and his partner were on time w/the grime and dirt just came right off the rug. Thank you so much! My carpet looks brand new, don't have to go purchase a new one anymore...*-) I recommend this team if anyone out there needs marble or wood floor and/or carpets this is the team to do it.....go Sears!!
Pleasant and extremely professional !!!! Israel and his partner really took their time to make my kitchen tile sparkle again! They also helped me with my damaged pad underneath the carpet in our bathroom. I would strongly recommend you ask for them for any of your carpet cleaning needs!!!
