Sean is wonderful counsellor! He has helped me so much over the last few years and I can't thank him enough. Sean was recommended to me as someone who might be able to help me with crippling GAD symptoms. I found Sean to be a great listener, with a friendly and empathetic approach. After a number of counselling appointments he suggested incorporating acupuncture into my sessions. The change in me has been transformative.
