Unfortunately we had a bad experience from Seafields Estate agents. The chap that came out & valued our property, undervalued the house, didn’t listen to what I was telling him, thought he knew better . I then contacted two other estate agents where it was confirmed that he had undervalued our property. I could tell the chap did not have the right experience, and hope that Seafields would be aware of this . The chap seemed close to retiring & when he was in my home , he talked over me a lot. It was a tiresome experience.
