Be Cautious. They were great to deal with, they did a very nice job of the damp proofing, with no visible signs of any issues 6 months down the line. The sump pump is still working nicely and all the major things, are done as they should be. But, there are some small niggly things and 2 very major things that bought this review down by 2 stars.
