Be Cautious. They were great to deal with, they did a very nice job of the damp proofing, with no visible signs of any issues 6 months down the line. The sump pump is still working nicely and all the major things, are done as they should be. But, there are some small niggly things and 2 very major things that bought this review down by 2 stars. There were quite a few... not so pretty blemishes that affect the overall fit and finish. -For example, not boxing in the sump pump pipe. It would have taken a plasterer a small bit o... read more

*posting on behalf of my mother as she doesn’t have a Google account. In reference to Steven’s recent review, she was the customer. Sabrina has successfully carried out two jobs for me over the past six months which involved treating rising damp in Victorian properties. These were done promptly and efficiently and I was pleased with the results. Unfortunately there have been some issues with a more recent job which did not go as smoothly. However, we have now reached an amicable agreement to resolve the matter.
