Not interested in helping. Made promises and didn't keep them. This was regarding serious safety issues that could have repercussions in the future. Yet we are expected to pay for a service they do not provide.
This company is completely incompetent. The contact is non existent, they are so unhelpful even if you do get a response and their charges are extortionate for what they provide. Worst management company I've ever worked with.
It is impossible to contact this company with regards to any matter. When you do you get given email address' they are for mailboxes that aren't manned. Even if you do find an active mailbox they don't respond. I've been trying for over 3 weeks now. Then Their 360 portal is terrible to use as its incorrectly set up. If I could give them less than one star I would. How does a company of their size still able to operate in this manner.
Absolutely terrible. I would not buy a property where this company was involved in its management. Appalling and don't care.
